Online State Exam Prep Course to Help Students Find Success On the State Exam

We now have special real estate online Exam Prep courses for the all three of the major state exam providers for the real estate industry in the United States: AMP, PSI and Pearson VUE . The goal of all real estate license students is to pass the required real estate regulatory agency’s State License Exam. This is the most important and hardest step in obtaining a real estate license.
The reason why an online state exam prep course is so needed to help students pass the regulatory state exam is because reports by the state exam providers show that the pass-rate across the country is very consistent around at 50%. What is amazing is that license applicants who take the state exam only get to take the exam if they have a taken and passed a required real estate prelicense course.
Many students need an additional course that is designed around the outline for the state exam. These courses have loads of practice questions similar to what students will be tested on. As in all Cooke’s courses, a video presentation and textbook is provided.
Since Florida’s state exam is developed by the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing, this special online Florida course comes with a companion textbook, video presentations and loads of practice questions directed at the subjects students will be tested on.
